My Story with Andrea Gibbs of Barefaced Stories

‘When I was 8 years old I was awarded my very first trophy. No one had ever been received this award before. It was special. I was special.

The trophy featured a little plastic gold figurine. It was a BMX rider popping a knarly mono. It was a miniature version of my older brother Brendon, he was a World BMX Champion and I (as the plaque stated) was the recipient of  ‘The Most Patient Spectator Award 1988-89’….’ [read on].
