Do I have to share my story?

Sharing is encouraged but never forced. The vibe is supportive, not scary — most people end up sharing because it feels safe and fun.

What if I can’t make a session?

You’ll get the replay inside your LearnDash portal.

Do I need fancy equipment?

Nope. Just Zoom, your phone/laptop, and a vaguely quiet corner.

Is there homework?

Yep — tiny, achievable drafts between sessions. They make a massive difference.
